Vincent's life is a powerful testament to the transformative power of faith and resilience. Born on June 14, 1990, in Detroit, Michigan, Vincent's early years were fraught with challenges. Growing up in the foster care system and experiencing the instability of his home life, Vincent faced numerous hardships. His mother, Tanecia, struggled with drug and alcohol addiction, which left him without the parental guidance that many take for granted. His father, now an apostle and bishop, was absent during these formative years, leaving a significant void in Vincent's upbringing.
Despite these challenges, Vincent found solace in his unwavering Christian faith. This spiritual foundation provided him with the strength and resilience to overcome the difficulties of his past and create a brighter future. Vincent's faith became his guiding light, helping him navigate through life's trials and tribulations.
Vincent's journey to finding love and companionship led him to Alexis, his devoted wife and steadfast partner. Together, they have built a life filled with mutual respect, unwavering support, and a deep commitment to nurturing their family. They have three wonderful children: Kyndel, the eldest at 11; Eden, the spirited middle child at 7; and Canaan, the youngest at 3.
The Hall household is filled with love, laughter, and the harmonious blend of their individual spirits, creating a tapestry of familial bliss.
Education has been a cornerstone of Vincent's personal and professional growth. He is a proud alumnus of San Diego State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, along with a second Bachelor's degree in International Business. His desire to deepen his understanding of ministry led him to Covenant Theological Seminary, where he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree. This commitment to lifelong learning reflects Vincent's insatiable thirst for wisdom, knowledge, and spiritual enlightenment.
In his professional life, Vincent serves as a regional finance manager. In this pivotal role, he oversees the financial operations that ensure the safe and efficient transportation of children across various school districts, including the esteemed St. Louis Public School District. Vincent's dedication to the well-being and security of young minds in transit underscores his commitment to community service and social responsibility.
Vincent's literary talents are evident in his acclaimed work, "I Speak Life," a transformative guide that empowers individuals to maximize their potential through faith and spirituality. As an entrepreneur, Vincent has built a diverse portfolio of successful ventures across multiple states. His visionary leadership and business acumen have established a legacy of innovation and impact. His ventures span facility maintenance, business coaching, book publishing, marketing, fashion, and the funeral industry, reflecting his versatile entrepreneurial spirit and passion for excellence and service.
One of Vincent's noteworthy entrepreneurial endeavors is "Childish Kids Clothing," a distinctive clothing line that combines trendy style with Christian values for children. Inspired by his daughters' desire for fashionable yet faith-centric attire, this venture encapsulates Vincent's commitment to instilling positive values in the next generation.
Vincent also serves as an associate minister at the Historical First Missionary Baptist Church of Ballwin in Ballwin, MO. Additionally, he is the City of Ballwin's National Day of Prayer Task Force coordinator. Through his nonprofit organization, "Boys to Men," which he started in San Diego, CA, under the leadership of his late pastor, Rev. Ricky T. Lassiter, Vincent teaches financial literacy to young men. His organization has helped hundreds of young men secure employment, apply for college, and obtain scholarships from local, state, and federal sources.
Vincent's coaching firm, "Erick Enterprises," which he started in 2011, has helped thousands of absent fathers rekindle relationships with their children and navigate the complexities of the "Friend of the Court." By providing the necessary tools and resources, he has assisted these men in lowering or eliminating their child support arrears and obtaining parenting time. These efforts have helped bridge the familial gap and bring families back together.
Vincent's mission in life is to "Speak Life" and help everyone he interacts with experience the abundant life God intended for all. His journey is a testament to the power of faith, resilience, and the transformative impact of unwavering determination and commitment to serving others.
